I have had nothing but great service from Silver Falls Dermatology. The Staff and Drs. have helped correct a bad situation I had into something I could live with and keep better control of. When they have done surgery on me and could not close the area back up they sent me to the right place to get it done.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Be very careful when you make an appointment. I thought I was making an appointment with a dermatologist. I ended up with a Nurse Practitioner. This might have been ok, but it ended up being a really awful experience. There was no communication, no interest in my overall health, no questions, no explanation of what needed to be done. You have a doc by the name of Rick Pittman who appears to have some serious mental health issues and is abusive towards his patients. His medical advice was also egregiously flawed and I don't think he ought to be around people. I reported this and you have been harassing me ever since. I already told you that I would never step foot into your office again due to Mr. Pittman's incompetence yet you continue to harass me via mail, phone and email. I was seen by a nice, young doctor (looked fresh out of college) here, Summer 2019 for a couple issues my pcp couldn't address. Pretty sure she hadn't the experience to properly diagnose, recommend treatment for me. Worked with a prescription she issued (was out-of-pocket) to find she'd not done due diligence to determine what she was even treating, so seven months, a dent significant dent in my time, finances later, my health issues were the same. my pcp suggested I see a dermatologist with allergy credentials to evaluate a skin condition that we suspect may have some auto-immune component. When making the appointment, silverfalls assured me they would be able to help me out. 3 months later, the day before my appointment, I find out NO - their immunologist would NOT evaluate my skin and the dermatologist would have nothing to do with any immune system issues. thanks a heck of a lot for the dishonesty and for the three month delay in finding out about whatever might be... read more
