I cannot recommend this office enough. After lackluster interactions with providers elsewhere I am blown away. I had to take my four year old along for the appointment and even she loved the experience. I was so nervous having to bring a little one in but we were never once met with hesitation or the sense that it was an imposition. Anyone know where Connie went? She was so great. Really knew her "stuff". My doctors always leave in this town. No one wants to stay.
Connie Hayes and her staff were absolutely amazing for me during a very scary time. All the way through the initial meet and skin check to my biopsy and follow up they were kind, reassuring, and even humorous when I needed it! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
I'm not sure why other people have had issues with appointments or wait times in the office. Both times I have been to this office they have me back in the room with the doc in less than 5 minutes of arriving. I have only been treated with respect from everyone in the office. When I was referred by my primary care doctor i had an appointment in less than 2 weeks. When setting up a visit for more removal it took 3 weeks to get back in and that was only because I could only do a Monday or Friday morning. I had 2 moles removed ... read more
