We had a terrible time. The food was good. But in the middle of our dinner, a fight broke out between some guy and couple of the servers, one of whom served us. The entire management just walked out of the restaurant and we did not know what was going on. There was a lot of screaming and shouting. We got scared, and paid our check. But we couldn't leave through the main exit. So we had to leave through the emergency exit. No one was there to apologize or tell us what to do. Horrible experience. I love the food, always feels fresh. Good staff too. But sometimes you wait a lot to be seated and for your food. The shakes are amazing!
Note this is my first time at this location. Place is not very lively compared to rockville location. Dispite not having too many customers, service was on the slow side. Food is good. Hopefully this is an off day for them and they are better than this but this the impression i leave with today.
