Top Notch, they will go through concrete to fix it right.
Property managed by Mr. Silver is in shambles. There is a leak on the roof and negligence of care. The sidewalks were removed in spots due to water leaks outside and remain unfinished with bags of concrete next to the issue. As a home owner I take pride in my home which is now filled with mold due to the lack of maintenance by Mr. Silver. When my husband spoke with David he sent over a maintenance man who was supposed t fix the issue and mitigate the mold.
