I cannot say enough about this company, they did an emergency installtion of a stair lift for my mother within 24 hours. The cost was under our expectations and the liit works wonderfully. A big thank you to Steve, you were wonderful.
Steve came out right away to help us. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Both him and the office clerk were very prompt at responding to my calls and emails. I can see why they have great ratings because great customer service is hard to find!
Steve Fish and the staff at Silver Cross are friendly, punctual, and efficient. They installed a stairlift in our home and we are pleased with the quality and workmanship. We plan to install more mobility upgrades in our home and Silver Cross are our choice for this project.
