SOoo extremely pleased with the services provided from Silver Cross in regards to a skooter! Firstly with *Victoria* in the office & then the service technician *Brad*! Was given great direction from Victoria & follow up & then, the going above & beyond great guy Brad! Can't thank you enough Brad for taking the time to listen & answer all questions. We had a stair lift installed in our garage to more easily navigate from the house to the garage. Installation was prompt and complete and a few small hiccups were immediately corrected. The service has been excellent and professional from sales through installation. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Silver Cross Oshawa!
