Desk staff Urla and Victoria went above and beyond in service to be accommodating on purchase and delivery of a lift chair. The delivery crew were extremely thoughtful, careful and explained everything fully.

First they said my spouse was rough on his equipment in front of me then said they didn't say that as if he has zero brain.. takes forever to get back his equipment when it broke the first time so he got angry so I decided cause he tells it like it is... to deal with them myself today there was a incident I DID NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT so I called in after without even knowing about my spouse who wasn't home called in and again did not have the best interaction with the same desk lady who decided to yell at me ...he is out with a... read more
