While Mike and Eric were great! Overall the experience with Silver Cross Home Health was beyond terrible! My mother is an ostomy patient and you would think the pouches were made of gold and her nurse, Lucia, had to pay for them herself. They promised to order some on a Wednesday with a Friday delivery and nothing showed up. When I called to ask about it, they were of course closed. They didn't order her supplies and I had to order her supplies from Amazon at my own expense. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!
Mike, Eric, and Cecille have done an Excellent job for me from day one. Always on time and through with my recovery in OT & PT. Thanks for your service. Let's hope these bones heal
The office staff is wonderful! But the field team, not so much. I am a friend of a patient in their care. The nurse does not know how to properly apply a dressing change for a central line. The PT and OT staff are always changing their arrival time the day of their appointment or not showing up at all. In the beginning, during the evaluations and being new to the company they were all wonderful. But now as the weeks have gone on, that great hospitality has diminished.
