After reading the reviews and working in health care industry for over 40 years. I am sick to my stomach. My brother in law took my twin sister there yesterday to be evaluated for a mental status change. They admitted her. Visiting hours are once a week on Sat for a couple of hours. No one can go to her room, when my brother in law tried to call disconected. All red flags for me. He didn't think to check their ratings or reviews. God help us!
Beware. I wouldn't send my dog here let alone a family member.
The outpatient therapy is Outstanding! I especially appreciated Ashley as my therapist. She was very helpful, caring, positive to all people in her group. She explained all delicate manners with ease, made all of us comfortable. I especially loved how she repeated suggestions each of us made about other individuals in treatment which gave encouragement to others. I am thankful to have met her.
