Doctor is great but I was charged $35 for a missed appointment, in which I left a voicemail a few months ago to cancel. Was told they couldn’t locate the message.
Great dentist. The staff work hard to make visiting Dr. Patton's practice a place you don't mind returning to for your next appointment. Dr. Patton was wonderful with my mom, who had Alzheimers. Been going to Dr. Patton for years and hope to go to him for many more.
Customer service is THE WORST AWFUL I’ve read so many great things about this the dentist BUT The receptionists are not friendly Not helpful I asked to be put on a wait list if any openings came up They said there is no wait list Call back if you want I’m assuming there business is doing well when they can afford to be rude to new customers
I have held back on leaving a negative review because Dr. Patton has been such a personable, honest and fair dentist. His front staff on the other hand is impersonal, lacks empathy and show very little interest in helping to resolve an issue when needed. Scheduling is next to near impossible at times and God forbid you have an emergency! My son’s filling fell out two days after it was done.
