I just moved into my Apartment here at Silver Creek. I love the community and not to mention the office staff. The process from touring and move in was a breeze. I went with a updated studio with a cutest barndoor that separate the living room and bedroom. I walked the property last night with my dog and noticed the awesome pool lights all of them in working condition. I will for sure be going to the pool to read or even swim. Don’t rent from here. I stayed there and found a house because my roof feel inside my apartment now they’re trying to charge me $4400 for breaking my lease when the apartment wasn’t livable. I didn’t mess anything up and they pocketed my deposit. The place is a scam and they want me to pay $4400. Ya right. Stay away from there.
I’m so glad to have Ashley back at the property! She’s been getting things done and really attending to my needs as a resident! Shes kind compassionate and very understanding! I hope she’s here to stay !
The maintenance man Joe is great. Every time I ask for something to be fixed he goes above and beyond to get it done. Thanks Joe for your continued hard work. Ashley that is in the office has been very helpful when I have questions or concerns here at my apartment. I was sad to hear that the manager of the apartment complex was no longer here but Ashley definitely is doing a good job.
