Just don’t even waste your time moving here. It’s very quiet and the prices are decent, and they come with a washer and dryer, but that’s where all the good ends. These apartments are a mess; the grounds are a bit trashy and the apartments themselves are barely made ready; but, perhaps, one of the biggest issues is the maintenance. Worst Apartment complex ever! Trying to terminate my lease due to the horrible living conditions. Like the EXTREME roach issue and horrible fruit flies. I tried to work with them regarding this issue and I was told I could only request pest control once a month because of how frequently I called. Had my car broken into and the office told me they didn’t have any cameras on the property and there trying to fix the lighting. Gates are very iffy. The manager is really sweet! Joe always is on time with work orders! Definitely a great place to lease.
There is an actual creek, more like an arroyo, with quite a nice barbecue deck overlooking it, a dog run, and a great pool. All the fixtures, knobs, door hardware match: brushed silver, I guess, for Silver Creek. Bree and Pearl have hearts of gold and will do everything they can to get you in and settled. Apartments are arranged intelligently on the slope to allow for the large trees. Decks are well shaded. take this as a warning to not move into this apartment complex. no matter how clean you are, there will always be roaches. there is a major infestation. any other place would be better than here.
