They took care of me , one of the better apartments to live in Midland , good price and nice complex with pond ducks and pool
From the day I came to tour the apartments to today my experience with the staff has been nothing but exemplary. They walked me through the actual apartment I was going to rent and offered very competitive rent prices. Very friendly, most live on property so you can reach out in case of an emergency. Definitely worth the tour, their pond looks great and the pool is refreshing!
We have lived here going on year. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. If there ever is an issue in the apartment the staff is on top of it right away even after hours. Management gave my husband and I a chance when no else would and we greatly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend living at Silver Creek Apartments.
They are the worst apartments, they never pay attention to repairing your air conditioning and many details, the manager Wilma does not know how to serve people and is always taking care of which guests you bring to YOUR HOUSE, knowing that she does not care
They steal and have even attacked their tenants for trying to leave with their own money. The office staff are junkies who swear at you. They don't make repairs because it's "too expensive", don't remove mold, enter your home unannounced and literally steal your money and belongings. Don't move here. It's not worth it.
