The staff is dope. Wilma is pretty nice, helpful, and understanding. I didn't have any roach issues like at most places in the area. The apartments themselves are pretty spacious but don't have a lot of cabinet room. If you cook a lot you'll need to be creative to find more space. Maintenance is slow and random. They don't seem to make appointments so when you have an issue someone will just show up at a random time and day. The staff from the office Velma and David need more Professionalism on their job ,they act like they dont want to be there im trying and trying to call the office everytime people from 25 b is being noisy and yelling while drunk friends are with them every Weekend they just put me on hold ,I went to the office and they say just call the police??? The owner is needed urgently.!!
From the day I came to tour the apartments to today my experience with the staff has been nothing but exemplary. They walked me through the actual apartment I was going to rent and offered very competitive rent prices. Very friendly, most live on property so you can reach out in case of an emergency. Definitely worth the tour, their pond looks great and the pool is refreshing!
We have lived here going on year. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. If there ever is an issue in the apartment the staff is on top of it right away even after hours. Management gave my husband and I a chance when no else would and we greatly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend living at Silver Creek Apartments.
I’ve had a good and positive experience with sliver creek apartments, Although the complex is one of the older ones but it’s clean and very well kept,it’s one of the affordable ones in Midland and when the oil prices goes up they never do Price gouging like some of the other apartment complex. The service is fast when you order it . And the staff is very friendly and they will go out of their ways to help you.
