I absolutely love it here. I've been here for a little bit over a month and it's definitely home management. Had a way of being able to recognize that I was really stressed, I was having a hard time, she walked me through the whole process made me feel welcome. If you're looking for a place where you want to feel welcome and the neighbors are awesome, Silver Creek is the place for you.
While I wouldn’t say these apartments are perfect, they definitely do their best. I lived there for a year and throughout that time Claudia has been nothing but super helpful and efficient. There’s another office lady but due to her attitude I’d just rather deal with Claudia. The apartments themselves have been mostly insect free and if you do see a water bug they will come spray every Thursday if needed. The apartment comes bare and are nice inside.
