RecommendedThe stray we've been taking care of for a while was injured last night. He wasn't walking on his back leg and it was swollen with dry blood. I called and they took him in within hours, the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY helpful. The doctor kept my husband updated the entire time. The poor cat had to be put under to get the fluid drained out of his infected leg. While he was under we got him neutered, something any other vet clinic we've ever been to hasn't done. Having to put a fur baby to sleep is never fun... but the staff and the calming room they put us in really made the experience beautiful... they gave us all the time we needed to say good bye... thanks for making a heart wrenching day beautiful!

Got me in quickly on what I am sure was a busy Monday morning. Got my little dog feeling better and a very reasonable bill. Answered all my questions.
All of the staff here are absolutely amazing. They have been so kind during the last week with my dog being sick, gone out of their way to make it as affordable as possible with the 3 visits that lead up to surgery. Even when my boy decided to get grumpy and not trust anyone who came in, they never batted an eye or declined care. They are incredibly kind, understanding, and patient. Hands down would reccomend to anyone for any of their fur babies.
I had never been in to Silver Creek Animal Clinic before, but when my young cat got very sick suddenly I was terrified and wanted to get him in to vet as soon as possible. I called and left a message on their office phone at 10pm on Wednesday night. They called me back immediatly on Thursday morning and squeezed me in for an appointment at 8:30. I know you must hear this all the time, still it bares repeating, the staff here is wonderful. Today was very sad day for my son, myself and our 13 year old bulldoggie. From phone conversation yesterday through exam and final moments, kindness, understanding, courtesy, thoughtfulness and loving experiences were what we received today. Thank you for the patience and kindness you gave us today, no words can truly express my appreciation for the kind attention given by all staff.
