Silvercreek apartments in lufkin,tx i would never recommend anyone to move iin there. They have to many problems the apartments are too old and they need to be upgraded they have an excuse for everytime something messes up. The managers and corporate need to do better they just want you to pay rent but dont want to upgrade anything its just old and the managers are horrible. Never move into silvercreek!!!!!!!!!

Good place to live, best side of town to live on. Cheapest apartments on that side of Lufkin. Would live here again of we moved back to Texas.
When I moved here a few years ago this place had a horrible manager. She didn t seem to care who moved in and everything just kind of sucked. Now they are under new management and I was going to move out but it is getting better. new people are moving in who are way better class and they act right and that s really awesome. The new managers are really nice compared to the old woman who was here and I really like them. this place has a great location and even though the buildings are old they are quick to get stuff fixed now.
These aparments are absolutely horrible. The management does not seem to screen ANYONE she lets move in. The neighbors have zero respect for anyone around them. They blast music sometimes until 3-4 in the morning. Someone is always yelling profanities or fighting. On more than one occasion Ive looked out my window and seen someone urinating in the parking lot. I do not recommend moving here.
This apartment complex is a terrible place to live. It should be quarintined, and deemed unlivable. The first week me and my girlfriend moved in, our bathroon sink flooded whenever someone showered, and the air conditioner unit went out. Maintnence had no idea how to fix the air conditioner, and they had to call another maintnence guy from another complex to fix it. There have also been atleast 3 car break-ins since i moved in, and you can always read in the paper about someones apartment getting broken into because the wind... read more
These apartments are HORRIBLE!!! I wanted to move the first day i stepped foot in the apt. It smelled like smoke, there were cigrette and red stains all over the carpet, the toilets run all day and night, the tubs were not clean, there are no lights except for the kithen and bathrooms, the isles on the stove were broken, when opening the stove while cooking the smoke alarm goes off, and to top it off they have rats!!! This is such an awful place to live. Its only redeeming quality, for my husband and I, was that our neighbors were all amazing people, and the assistant in the office, Shawn. They are falling apart. I cannot count how many times in the past year I lived there that we had to call maintenance for something major being broken, from pipes, to no water, to air conditioning repeated failure during the height of summer, the dishwasher some how being connected to a socket across the room..
