Really great place to live. There is central AC, private parking, bike storage, a movie theater, and a gym. While I was there, they also updated the packaging system to have it's own room, which was a great improvement. Fares helps to run the building, and he is incredibly efficient and also very kind / easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend living here.
This place is a total GEM. Caretaking/maintenance manager is extremely accessible and responsive/friendly/helpful, apartments have beautiful views, fabulous open layouts with great appliances/chic styling, and concrete floors = QUIET as can be! We're lived here for almost 9 months and literally the only sound we've ever heard is from the bar two streets over (sometimes has music until 11pm), and the trains (totally tolerable though and don't wake us up at night w/a white noise machine running).
