I should have had a clue when they were (in their own words) too busy to answer the phone at all for the whole 1st hour they were open. I have a Seiko high end dive watch with a somewhat unusual band with Pin and Collar pins in it. They can be easily damaged if you aren't familiar with them. The Lady working there started off with a very surly tone with me then the guy working the counter talked down to me because HE was too much of an Expert to know what "pin and collar" meant. TOTALLY the best place to buy and sell coins and jewelry- fantastic experience, very nice staff. A woman in parking lot was leaving as I pulled in for the first time. She took the time to roll her window down and tell me how she drives from Gainesville to frequent Silver City. I understand why...she is right. Worth checking them out.

4/3/2014 They TAKE ADVANTAGE of Senior Citizens, and are DISHONEST WOW, just WOW I am a 38 yo medical Professional who is too busy to take an old ring there myself. So I asked my mother to do it, she is almost 68 years old. The repair was very expensive...well, it is jewelry, it is not a necessity, so that is not my issue.
