CALL SOMEONE ELSE...Terrible customer service...wasted my time. Charged me to fix their mistakes...his tech "Drew", ruined a brand new $9000 boiler, and John charged me $400 reinstall the unit...knowing that his tech ruined it. I reluctantly paid it because I did not know that Drew ruined it until months later when I did some investigating and found that Drew was fired right after this happened, and also, if I didnt pay John, I would have been stuck...
