Looking at the reviews I'm thinking what I needed to do differently to be treated as a priority or a valued customer. I started going here soon after they opened and overlooked rude service. Yr after yr I'm over it. I've bought new and used guns there. Gun safes, ammo, and accessories. Sincerely a lost customer that had spent and was willing to spend much more money in your so unprofessional establishment!

The staff at Silver Bullet is very helpful, attentive and safety minded. Prices are fair (slightly more than the big box store) but for the difference I prefer their personal attention and expertise.
Went looking for my first handgun. Waited 20-30 minutes to get help. At that moment I decided I wouldn't buy from them. Barrack 616 had the same gun for exactly 100 dollars cheaper. Walked in there and had someone helping me within minutes and it's been like this at both locations numerous times. From now on I'll only go to silver for the range and nothing else.
