The management doesn't leave the resdents along with there stupid rules and pest that run all over the complex
I am currently looking for a place to rent. I contacted several properties a lady from the leasing office at this location called me an schedule an appointment for 5pm due to Miami traffic I got there about ten minutes late but was texting with updates to the lady who called me and I was getting no reply. I call once I arrive to the property and my call is declined. Just moved out of the complex. The name has changed to Newcastle. Beware the new owner is extremely rude she says one thing over the phone but in person she says another thing she’s dismissive she is aggressive and feels like she can talk to you however she wants to. Or she won’t fix anything until weeks later the only apartments that seem to have any work done to them are the ones that are empty for people to move in but the people who already lives there she takes her time fixing the issues in the occupied apartments. My best friend paid her deposit and move in fee over 2 months ago. They still don't have a place ready, and they keep giving her the run around. I don't think this is acceptable for a business, very bad practice.
