We needed flowers for a funeral and I called on a Friday morning because it was very short notice for us as well (visitation was Sunday afternoon). I called and the lady that answered the phone was wonderful, assisted with my order quickly and delivered it to the funeral home that day for the visitation that weekend! I am so thankful to have a local florist that does such a great job! Thank you!
Prev. customer service was pretty well; sadly disappointed in a floral arrangement l received for my birthday; it looked like a funeral arrangement I have actually taken to funerals last year. The flowers/container were just disappointing. I called thinking delivery error, no. I felt as if it was a bad joke. The money my husband paid wasn't worth what was received.
Update: I’ve returned yet again to this wonderful flower shop for my mother’s birthday. Wow, this bouquet was even better than the last. The quality of flowers are insanely fresh and the arrangement was perfect. Just as promised, delivered on time, and right to her door.
