I am going into my second year of renting through Silver Bay in the Atlanta area. I am extremely happy with everything thus far. In the past year, they've replaced our hot water heater, the carpet, and they just fixed the AC. We have payed for nothing except our rent. All service calls have been quick and easy. Whether we stay in our current home or move away, I will strongly consider using Silver Bay again.
The only reason I'm giving them three stars is because the Maintence department was fantastic. But on the other hand we've lived in our place for only a year and the sewage backed up 4 times in the basements ruining shoes or clothes we had down there. It literally took them forever to finally fix the problem but the good thing it was done. The main reason I'm giving them three stars is because they are refusing to fill out my rental reference for the new place I'm trying to move too.
