VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never go here for service. I do not recommend this place. Call to schedule a CARCO. They answer the phone like I answer a personal phone call and tell me I have the wrong number. Then I call again and asked if this is Silver Auto Body then he answers yes and very rudely asked what did I want. I will never give my business to a rude business.
Muy mal servicio el encargado no coordinan la información entre encargado obreros y recepcionistas dejé mi carro una semana para una evaluación de seguro y asta un tique de la barredora me dieron del cual el prepotente del dueño no quiso hacerse responsable el seguro me llamó por que ni siquiera le tomaban el teléfono por qué al parecer se fueron de vacaciones y no dejaron a nadie a cargo mucho cuidado cuando visite ese lugar
I have going to Silver Auto for years. Alex and his staff have always been kind to me and my family. His prices and service is outstanding. Alex does excellent work to every car he services. He is just as good as a dealership, if not BETTER.
