The first decade of my tenancy on a rather large interestingly multi-zoned property was pleasant. Around the beginning of the pandemic crime on 5th Avenue, particularly around the college peaked to a level I hadn’t seen since the late 80’s (I grew up on 6th Ave and East 19th) and it was heartbreaking.
