Mr. *****is the only person I will ever call for my heat and air needs. I've used him before for small issues and he never recommended work that didn't need to be done. He doesn't try to sell you a new setup if what you have can be fixed and he charges a fair price for when he performs repairs. When my old unit was finally giving up the ghost he could have performed a bandaid fix costing me an extra ***dollars or more, which would have resulted in me having to have to replace everything shortly afterwards, resulting in my ha... read more
Definitely put Silva's Heat and Air on "speed dial"!! My air went out on the holiday, spent two hot, miserable days and hard earned money on a technician who kept insisting I needed a new unit. I contacted Mr. *****and he knew exactly what was wrong just by asking me about my situation. Turned out all that was needed was a part,not anew unit! Due to his care, expertise,and professionalism; I was saved from being potentially taken advantage of and had cool, comfortable air the same day!! Thank you Bob *****
Mr Silva is the best customer service oriented business I've dealt with since I came to VA 26 years ago. My AC went out on one of our recent 95+ degree days. I called 15 different AC repair services and mostly got voice mail or a long wait on hold. The best I could get was 2 days to 8 or 9 days for service. Bob called me back and then stopped the same day on his way home. He took the defective part and tried to get it. Unfortunately it was unavailable for at least 2 weeks and very expensive.
