Showed up 5 minutes early to our viewing and the leasing agent never showed. Called the 24H line because it was the only number we had to reach. They couldn't reach the leasing agent team. Poor communication, and another property viewed by the same team had dead cockroaches in the unit 🤢🤮
The neighbour is not the best but the management works hard enough. It is a very clean building and they do their best to keep it in this way. The management is very responsive and responsible. If you are ok with the location, I would definitely recommend Silvana Villa.
It's bad place to live in there are a lot of creck head in the building
