No one will answer the phone for days, they put you on hold for 40+ mins when they do answer, and I had an appt. at 7:30 am and the office didn’t even show up and have not even returned my call since. I have been calling for days since my appointment that they did not show up for and haven’t heard a peep.
Dr. Gaudino is an incredible gynecologist. She listened to my worries, provided and nice and calming space for me, and was so kind. Truly a wonderful experience with her and the other employees at the office. Can’t recommend her enough!
Great doctor. Receptionists don’t answer the phones. Ive been calling 2 hours straight. Update: ive been calling the office since opening at 9am and it is now closing time and NOBODY EVER ANSWERED A CALL OR CALLED BACK. Ive been going to this gyno for 10 years and after today im considering other options.
I am glad I made my appointment with Dr.Gaudino. She took her time to listen to me and she was very professional.
