I got a crash last year and Allstate helped me really good and easy. I'm happy of Allstate.
I complained on here recently about Allstate and the fact that the claims department still had not refunded my $500 deductible from an accident in February. Silvana called me immediately. Although she was at a conference, she personally called the claims department, reported back to me--and I had the money the next day. This kind of customer service makes all the difference.
