We loved our apartment in Somerville that we rented through Silva Realty, LLC. They unit was built well, had great appliances, and the management was very responsive. Enjoyed our time as tenants immensely.
My friends and I lived in Boston from 2022-2025, and we leased our Somerville apartment through Silva Realty. Nick showed us the unit when we initially toured, and walked us through the application process easily. Maintenance problems were fixed in a timely manner and rent payment was through an online portal. I was also able to formally ask Silva Realty to sublease my room when I traveled for a months. Overall positive experience!
I’ve had a great experience renting with Silva Realty! They’re extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. Their portal is easy to use and requests were taken care of diligently. Would recommend to anyone renting in the Somerville area!
Working long hours in the healthcare industry, it was important I find a home where I could relax and enjoy my time off. Silva Realty was accommodating to my irregular night shifts and gave me a heads up when maintenance/visits were required around the property. Big vouch for these guys and knowing how to treat their tenants with care.
I currently live in Studio they own/manage and only have good things to say about them!! The maintenance guys are friendly, and Nick is great behind the scenes. Highly recommend Silva Realty.
