I lived in a building managed by Silva for 4 years. during that time we had many occasions where we had to open up a support ticket or reach out to property managers. our requests were always handled promptly and professionally. i’ve lived in many apartments all around the boston area and never have i worked with property managers as professional as Silva. (shout out to Travis for making it easy to get quarters for our laundry)

I have lived in two Silva Realty properties and it has been a wonderful experience! The first property was in the Davis Square area of Somerville, and the second is in Winter Hill. There is a wide selection of properties in desirable areas of Cambridge in Somerville, and Nick was very helpful when choosing a second property to rent. Lastly, the maintenance team has been helpful and quick to respond.
