Nick and the folks at Silva have been great to us. Myself and 3 roommates rented an apartment in Somerville and don’t have a single complaint. All our maintenance requests were met, snow was cleared, everything was kept clean. It was overall just a very good experience. Thanks everyone at Silva for an awesome year!!
Silva Realty has been my landlord for the past three years, and I’ve mostly worked with Nick and Travis. I rented two different apartments from them, and both were much nicer and better maintained than many of the typical rentals around Davis Square. They are incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, often addressing issues within hours, and they also take care of all snow removal and landscaping. We loved our apartment in Somerville that we rented through Silva Realty, LLC. They unit was built well, had great appliances, and the management was very responsive. Enjoyed our time as tenants immensely.
My friends and I lived in Boston from 2022-2025, and we leased our Somerville apartment through Silva Realty. Nick showed us the unit when we initially toured, and walked us through the application process easily. Maintenance problems were fixed in a timely manner and rent payment was through an online portal. I was also able to formally ask Silva Realty to sublease my room when I traveled for a months. Overall positive experience!
