I have never had a worse experience with any professional I have ever worked with. Kathy was unprofessional and verging on just plain unethical. She put in an offer on our first house we decided on. After the inspection we decided we did not want it. She kept pushing us to take it even though it needed tens of thousands in repairs. She even kept the deal open when I made it clear I did not want it. Then, on our second deal, when I asked her to negotiate access to specific access panels for my inspection she threatened to cra... read more
