We have used this facility several times and have had excellent service. The wait has been long at times, but it is everywhere on the weekend. In response to "service stinks" As a parent you should take your child to a hospital (not a clinic) for an emergency. Please have your spouse retrain you on your parenting skills.

I called twice before I visited this facility on 6-29 with a broken hand. The interaction was pleasant and helpful both times. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, helped efficiently, and called back within 15 minutes as stated by the lady who helped me check in. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. They tell you over the phone the cost will be $15.00 but there is an additional lab fee. And it's a pretty long wait to get blood drawn compared to the other labs.

3/11/2008 MOST RECENT ENCOUNTER AT SOLANTIC ON NORMANDY MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT SEEN IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR CHEST PAINS HAD TO WAIT FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS AND STILL WAS NOT SEEN WAS TOLD BY FRONT DESK PERSONNEL THAT SHE HAD TO WAIT AT LEAST 1 TO 2 HOURS SHE HAD ALREADY BEEN THEIR 2 HOURS I THINK CHEST PAINS TAKES ON A MORE RISK TO BE LIFE THREATING THAN HIGH CHOLESTROL ANY DAY OF THE WEEK . PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR STAFF ABOUT REAL EMERGENCIES AND THE ORDER THEY SHOULD BE SEEN .
