The receptionist remained to have a very rude tone with me throughout every call. When I asked a questions out of confusion of my preparation , she laughed at me, talked over me and told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Very terrible experience it made me feel anxious for my colonoscopy. Dr Silva on the other hand was very nice. She calmed my nerves and explained the procedure to me. Dr Silva was amazing.
Dr. Silva is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate to say the least. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly and safely as possible, and genuinely has her patient’s best interest and quality of care as the priority. Her receptionist is so kind and punctual as well :))
The staff created a safe and welcoming environment. All staff communicated very professionally and all questions were answered thoroughly.
