This is review is for underage therapy following trauma. Initially we had a good experience with our therapist at Silva. She was warm and personable. Most importantly, the underage family member who was seeing her liked her a lot. On a few occasions, she cancelled appointments or rescheduled them last minute on the day of the appointment. This was annoying, as the mom of a newborn, I work around a set schedule. 24 Hour notice would've been appreciated.
