Not a good Doctor, my dad went to her for his whole life. My grandparents went to her. If someone is over 40 with diabetes you’re supposed to be checking for pancreatic cancer for preventative measures. My dad went to her with extreme weight loss back pain and other problems he couldn’t sleep lying down because of pain, he eventually wasn’t sleeping.. . I had a disappointing experience with the front desk at this clinic. The secretary came across as unfriendly and dismissive, and at times it felt like patients were being given a cold shoulder. It made an already stressful visit feel even more uncomfortable. It seemed like questions were brushed off rather than properly addressed. I understand that working in a medical office can be busy and demanding, but a little patience and kindness can go a long way in making patients feel welcomed and respected. Dr Silva, has been my Dr since 1999 she’s been the best dr I could ask for! She goes above and beyond to take care of her patients. I hope she never retires.
