This has to be one of the worst Dr. Offices in Fresno! From the front staff which is exactly rude to the Dr. who almost never there. Save yourself the headache and time . Go somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would

Office Manager, Paige I think, is unbelievably rude and immoral. Yells terrible things about patients from back room and admits to charging no-show fees when she makes a mistake and threatens staff if they tell on her. Dr. Silva himself is fine if you need to check off a box to keep your CPAP. But, he 100% will not advocate for your machine even if it is broken. Mine was literally held together by duct tape and was melting water reservoirs and he would not get me any support. Thankfully the recall saved me.

I was a patient of Dr. Silva for over 6 years he was great but unfortunately his office manager Paige is rotten to the core. She is just a mean unhappy miserable human being who has no business working with people. I can't believe she has a job what Dr let's his office manager destroy his reputation and practice. He must feel sorry for her but after reading the other reviews he must not care because I'm not the only person who feels this way kind of sad when you only see this Dr once a year.

I have had to file a Hippa complaint against their records office since they refuse to send medical records. Front and back office is totally unprofessional. It's a shame because I have no complaints with Dr. Silva.
