They were thorough, got my insurance information handled with no problems, and were very professional. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and I was in and out with my prescriptions called in to my pharmacy in no time. I definitely recommend going to see them before I would go sit in the ER if at all possible. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

So thankful Silsbee has a wonderful urgent care facility.Thankful did not have to drive Into Beaumont or Lumberton. The staff was super friendly, nice and quick. Got got an A+ in my book.
