Ford Mobile Service saved my day, today. Ron drove to my home in his F-550 and opened my car. Then, he determined that the battery was dead and in need of replacement. I had been unable to open the vehicle with my key but Ron replaced the battery and cleared all the codes. This restored all functions of my 2026 Maverick. There is no more direct way that this could have been accomplished and I am very grateful to the entire Service Department at Silsbee Ford, as well as Mike Andrus and of course, Ron. Thank you all!

I brought a cashiers check to pay for my mom’s 2022 Volkswagen atlas from this place 2 months ago. A week after having the vehicle we noticed the horn didn’t work. Fast forward 3 weeks and the car died going down the highway twice. My mother has cancer and is constantly making trips to see her radiologist and oncologist in Galveston.
