We really need a property manager who actively walks the grounds and enforces the smoke-free policy. There are people smoking in their cars, on their terraces, while walking their pets, and behind the buildings. It’s becoming a constant issue. Management seems more focused on chatting with certain tenants than addressing ongoing violations. This is a smoke-free community, and it should be treated as one.
They have been good to me & have gone above & beyond! Had a plumbing issue over memorial day weekend & they helped immediately. They are super nice & receptive to hearing suggestions from everyone. The apartments are beautiful & well kept.
I've been a resident of Winfield Living for two months, having previously had positive experiences with their properties. We thought Silos on the square would be great. However When our refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday, I submitted a maintenance request through the portal. Unfortunately, the maintenance team didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, resulting in spoiled groceries, including my daughter's liquid formula.
