If I could give Esperanza Homes 0 stars, I would. I’ve been debating writing this review for quite some time, but my experience deserves to be shared. My husband and I began building what we thought would be our dream home with Esperanza Homes at the Silos community , but it quickly turned into a nightmare. We put down a very large down payment , and Esperanza decided to keep about 67% of it because they claimed it covered “upgrades” to the home that we did make but because this was suppose to be out forever home . It’s been a year since we bought our home at Silos at La Sienna with Esperanza Homes. We highly recommend Yulissa Garcia to anyone looking to purchase a home. The Silos at La Sienna community is such a great place to live. The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and family-friendly. The staff is always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever something is needed. I really appreciate how welcoming and safe it feels here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home!
