I received EXCELLENT care in the ER by Hannah(my nurse) and Dr. Brooks. They made me feel like I was their only patient and treated with me with respect. Once admitted, Michael and Abby did a wonderful job taking care of me and staying in top of my pain!
I was seen in the ER on Sunday by Dr Brooks. He had a wonderful bedside manner and kept my wife and I informed throughout the whole visit. My nurse was Jamie and she took great care of me. I then returned on Tuesday for surgery with Dr Schieffelbein. Once again, I received wonderful care. Lisa was my pre op nurse and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was totally impressed with all of my care at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital. I received 5 star service while maintaining that "home town" feel.... read more
