Siloam heat and air is awesome!
I have had them set up for an appointment in the past and no one showed. Not a single phone call to let me know what was going on, then finally got a call late in the day after leaving voicemail and a facebook message, the tech saying they had personal plans so would not be able to come out that day (this was after like 5:00pm), then the following appointment just a bunch of attitude. Today they were supposed to be here at 9am. By 10:30 am no call so I called them, tech calls me back and says they were holding off for warmer... read more
I have used them for several years and several different jobs. It is unusual to find a business that is dependable and actually so honest that they go above what is required and find ways to charge less than expected. Highly recommend to everyone I find.
When someone says they'll send someone out Thursday afternoon or Friday morning and by the following Tuesday no one has shown or called (despite the fact that we called 2 more times to check), I gave up and called some else. Less than 2 hours later our system was fixed. Siloam Heating and Air are not dependable at all.
If say price was fair. Josh came out and did the work, he's a super quick and efficient dude. Appreciate yall.
