Great Family owned business, great customer service and professionals . Much better than your big box stores!
We needed to replace a picture window that had developed a crack. They came over promptly to give us an estimate. As soon as the glass came in they came right out to install the window. Very efficient and neat; answered all our questions. Very satisfied.
They were very efficient, speedy and super nice, and very professional. Within 2 days had an estimate and replaced our bay window and my car windshield! Love this place!
I was a little disappointed in their customer service honestly. We paid for a $2,000 driver front windshield glass replacement for our 2000 Pace Arrow. I had to personally drive a check over there (because this was my dad's preference) and hand it to him before any work was done. That is not the issue. Then I worked with them on getting them to replace the glass while it was at a local RV service center. Again that is not the issue.
