There's a fantastic workout program here that has helped my mom and I out so much these past few months. We started out with the instructor telling us that we had problems with our spine and posture. Soon after, I could see and feel a visible difference in our postures as well as the back pain we both had been experiencing. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend enough!
경추부분 출혈로 인하여 수술을 하고 몸이 마비되어 재활운동을 하던중에 이곳에서 선생님과 운동을 하고 몸 속에 작은 근육들이 살아나는 것을 느꼈습니다. 그 후 일년동안 꾸준히 이곳에서 운동을 계속 하고 쳐졌던 얼굴까지 좋아지고, 온 몸에 힘이 생겨 탄력 또한 좋아졌습니다. 다시 살아나고 젊어지는 운동에 너무 만족하며 추천드립니다.
