I have been using a Silo storage unit since November 2024 and have found nothing but the highest standards in the approach they have towards me and my business. The unit I rent is the perfect solution from which to run my small business. 24 hour access, a knowledgable site manager who is ready to assist with enquiries and an added bonus for me is they don't charge for electricity use. Rented a space for my 6.5 m motorhome. secure well managed storage facility. The security systems gave me real peace of mind and only one incident of damage to my roller door which was recorded on the internal CCTV. Fair price and friendly helpful staff. The only reason I am not staying is a move interstate.

Rude, unprofessional business, arranged a time to look at a locker was made to wait half an hour just to be told to come back that afternoon. Would not recommend dealing with this business. Absolutely horrible experience

I would definitely recommend Silo Storage as a great self storage facility. It is very affordable, great customer service and the facility is much better than others I looked at
