Love Silo!! They are friendly and professional, available, and such a clean facility! We moved from another storage because of their amazing service!
Autopay seems to be an impossible task for this company. I’ve been into the office multiple times and spoke to them on the phone, via email and text. They say they’ve got it figured out until the next month when I’m still getting past due notices. I will be removing everything from both my units and moving it to a facility where I don’t have this issue every month.
