Very disappointed in our experience today. Our sales guide was very kind but offered us no information unless we asked. The test drive was quiet, when we asked questions, they weren’t answered with important details but more broad statements. Very sad as we were expecting our first visit with Volvo go in a different direction. We had a better experience at Toyota and that’s not even a luxury brand or dealership.
Working with this dealership has been a nighmare from start to finish. I bought from them, was upsold a service package and an understanding that they’d have loaner vehicles for when the car is serviced. Coming from Lexus where this was always standard and never a question, I didn’t question it. This dealership has long wait times and has never once had a loaner available in a timely manner. Just bought my first Volvo from Eric Kimberlin and I'm beyond happy with the whole experience.
