I’ve been a loyal Volvo customer for years, with consistently excellent experiences at two different dealerships in the Midwest. Unfortunately, my experience with this Colorado dealership was profoundly disappointing. One sales team member spoke to me in a demeaning tone during our interaction - I was late for the estimated time for a test drive and had no idea he had a doctor’s appointment or that it all hinged on him. Great experience with Nicole, Steven, Erik and Greg. These folks are extremely knowledgeable and kind, this company really knows how to take care of people.
I am editing my original 2 star review but not raising the grade from the original review years ago. For years,this dealership has been less than impressive and an utter waste of time on numerous occasions. The staff have been ambivalent if not rude, with the exception of the service writers who have been good. Fortunately, when I called the other dealership to resolve an issue, they were happy to help and I won't have to work with this group again.
