Great selection, but most importantly the BEST customer service! Don’t you hate walking into a hair store with employees who can’t help you understand/choose the products they sell? At Silky Sol you receive assistance from someone who is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. I walked there confused about which product to buy for my daughter & walked out totally confident in my decision.
The owner was very nice and helpful without being pushy. I went during their store closing sale so there wasn’t a ton left but the hair and products I purchased were things I haven’t yet tried yet so I’m excited to do so. She did say she would still be selling online, it is black owned so continue to support!
Kisha was amazing! Such a gem! She has a lot to offer as far as products and knowledge. She was a joy to meet. I’ll be back for sure!
