They gave me an appointment at 10:45am on feb 1st I drove 45 mn to get there. I arrived there 15 mn early. There was another customer waiting as well and she told me that the aesthetician typically was always cancelling or arriving late. Anyway long story short I called her 5-6 times she never answered me and never even messaged me to let me know whether or not she was gonna be late or be absent. Super unprofessional. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Brittney is such a great and well knowledgeable licensed beauty business owner. She is very helpful when it comes to the hair removal process but more importantly I love that she lets us know as the customers what the process is and what to expect throughout the process. I absolutely love it Here! Always on time and very friendly. I started out with just my outer bikini area and now have moved on to full Brazilian and underarms I will be moving to legs here soon!! Highly recommend
