I've been to Daniela twice for laser treatments, after going to another spa and not being completely satisfied. I had a fantastic experience with Daniela for my laser. From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable. She was informative, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I had. I saw Daniela for the first time today.. She is so kind and welcoming. She explained everything very well from how it works and the aftercare. She’s an expert and her customer service is excellent. I would definitely be booking again with her!

She was very rude.. Totally zero customer service. She cancelled my appointment when i was right at the door. I called she said appointment is cancelled and hang up. Totally unprofessional wish i can give her 0 star.. totally disappointed..

Daniela is great!! She was very real and chill, made me feel super comfortable! I was nervous for the pain but it wasn't as bad as expected, and the parts that were she was very gracious and relaxing throughout. I will definitely be going back!!
