I decided to give them a chance since they’re closest to me, even though some of the reviews were bad. It was fine. I had a mani/pedi to clean up after a rough couple of weeks of hiking and gardening, and the staff were polite and clearly experienced. There were other locals that had appointments and seemed happy and familiar. I took one star off just to be realistic. Second worst service I’ve ever had at a nail shop. They do not pay attention to detail and I paid for Services that we’re Subpar.
They said they don’t do acrylic nails….. then why does it literally say Acrylic Nails on your door? Rude and unprofessional
This is the worst salon I’ve experienced in the US . I asked for a full set and my toes to be done (which is definitely a service offered on their walls and door ) but was told they don’t provide those services. And I was told to go somewhere else . Prejudice much .
