Silkwood Homes turned our dream into reality, delivering a simple yet elegant home that matches our style completely. We are so glad we chose them as our builder. Every team member—from the office staff to the construction crew—was helpful and easy to talk to. The build went smoothly from the slab pour in early February to the final handover in the first week of August. They even finished the front landscaping with grass, fences, and lovely plants. We strongly recommend them!

The staff and the overall process from talking and buying our first home was a very smooth ride. We always had communication from the office and the staff were very accommodating. Will recommend to all our friends and family.

I found the staff and managers at SILK Homes to be exceptional at every stage, from planning through to construction and final completion. Their regular communication throughout the entire process, including during the PC stage and handover, was outstanding. This level of transparency made it much easier for me, as the client, to effectively plan and manage my own projects. I am happy with Silkwood as my builder and would recommend them to anyone looking to build. They communicate well and I found their staff quick to return calls and assist. The build took longer than expected as there was a problem that was their fault, but they fixed it. I am glad that I chose this company for my home as they are trustworthy and helpful. Staff offered welcome advice also that was helpful.
