The staff and the overall process from talking and buying our first home was a very smooth ride. We always had communication from the office and the staff were very accommodating. Will recommend to all our friends and family.

I am happy with Silkwood as my builder and would recommend them to anyone looking to build. They communicate well and I found their staff quick to return calls and assist. The build took longer than expected as there was a problem that was their fault, but they fixed it. I am glad that I chose this company for my home as they are trustworthy and helpful. Staff offered welcome advice also that was helpful.

Silkwood Homes were wonderfully communicative, built in schedule and produced a great home positioned brilliantly on the property to maximise yard use. Love the big rooms and windows. Very happy.
