Dear Team, My family and I would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts for doing such an amazing job and for looking after almost all of our requests throughout the entire process. The start of the build process was very rushed, with Jess doing the quotes at 100 miles an hour to meet the deadlines. I have been fortunate to have engaged the services of Silkwood Homes to build my new NDIS home. From the beginning I found their communication and efficiency to be of the highest standard and it continued to be that way the whole time. I received the best professional good old fashioned service which has been fully documented progressively throughout the whole build. I could not fault Silkwood and will be more than happy to use them again. Thank you so much Silkwood - I am so happy with everything you have done.
Building with Silkwood Homes was absolutely a great experience and strongly recommend them. The workmanship was impeccable and thorough. Any minor issues we had during the inspection was resolved immediately. Special thank you to Rachael and Kaysanne for their responsiveness, professionalism and clear communication that made every stage feel smooth and straightforward. Rachael worked beyond and helped us organise the handover. She always replied to our email promptly. And lastly, to our site supervisor Hendrix, you have exce... read more
Silkwood Homes turned our dream into reality, delivering a simple yet elegant home that matches our style completely. We are so glad we chose them as our builder. Every team member—from the office staff to the construction crew—was helpful and easy to talk to. The build went smoothly from the slab pour in early February to the final handover in the first week of August. They even finished the front landscaping with grass, fences, and lovely plants. We strongly recommend them!
Bad drivers.
