Overall just a bad customer service experience
My Father recently passed and Silks did an amazing job with his arrangements. They listened to all our ideas, and shared some that they had too. The arrangements were so beautiful and unique that people actually were asking if they could take pictures at the funeral home. I would highly recommend Silks for any floral needs!! They went over and beyond with my Father's hunting themed arrangements.

Absolutely amazing! They are so kind and do a wonderful job. I gave them inspiration pictures for my bridal bouquet and they did even better than the pictures! Would use them again!
I have had good experience in the past ,however, I ordered flowers over three weeks ago to be delivered today. I even called to confirm this morning. The flowers had to be taken in by a neighbor as my friend had gone out. My surprise for my friend was ruined and I got no response to an email. Very disappointed ☹️
